Danh has been working in the group since 2021 on collaborative projects with various experimental groups including using molecular dynamics simulations to reveal the mechanisms governing the interaction between nanoparticles and bacterial membranes; to explain the behaviors of bacterial cells under different environments; to simulate the drug loading process into nanomaterials structures. He is currently combining machine learning with molecular dynamics simulation to facilitate the design of more effective nanoparticle-based antibiotics. In his leisure time, he likes playing badminton, ping pong and hitting the gym. He sometimes can spend a whole weekend day only watching tennis.
